We are a contractor designs, builds, and sells modular, crossmodular, and manufactured homes to meet the need for affordable housing.

There are multiple definitions and questions surrounding affordable housing, including "Affordable for whom?" We provide quality, affordable housing from as little as $75,000 per side for a single-wide HUD-built duplex to $299,900 for a 3-bed, 2-bath crossmodular home with an attached 2-car garage and porch. We can customize a price point you are comfortable with to fit your project needs.

We are a "one-stop shop" for affordable homes for communities and developers. Our experience and contacts allow us to quickly and economically provide our service and replicate it at a scalable level.

Types of Homes

All of our homes are built with 2x6 construction and are Energy Star rated. They have shingled roofs and vinyl or LP Smart side siding. Most projects are manufactured homes on a slab or crawl space in order to stay cost-effective and maximize floorplan space.

• Single-Wide Manufactured Homes: This very economical housing option is typically reserved for manufactured home communitites.
• Multi-Section Manufactured Homes: Great for infill lots, multi-section homes are installed on an at-grade slab.
• CrossModular Homes: Installed on a crawl space, crossmodular homes must have an attached garage and porch. They are also available for traditional financing, as banks can use site-built homes as comparable dwellings.
• Modular Homes: Installed on a full foundation (basement), modular homes still cost less than a typical site-built home. It is the most expensive option in factory-built housing.
